But what i do is, whenever we connect using the Mobile Connect/Mobile Partner (or you modem dialer software), there will be a new Windows dial-up icon for that modem in the Network Connections folder.
Whenever i want to connect my celcom broadband, i only use that windows dialer. I didn't use the Mobile Connect. So, cannot really monitor your usage. But after you dial using the windows dialer, you can open Mobile Connect to monitor your usage
If you did open the dialer software, you cannot close it using the normal close button on it window (X button, right, on top).
If you do so, your celcombb connection will be disconnected. If you want to close the dialer software, you must use the Task Manager, search it Process, and end it there. That way, your celcombb connection will NOT be disconnected.
To make it to auto redial, just right-click on that windows dialer (in the Network Connections folder),
go to Properties > Option and set you preferences
Must connect using the windows dialer to make it auto-redial when disconnect
You can even create a shortcut for that dialer and place it in windows Startup folder so that it will automatically connect every time my windows start
